Sales Policy

 All sales are final once your order has been delivered. Orders canceled before delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We allow order changes prior to delivery for items of equal or greater value.

All mattress sales are final and non‑exchangeable.

Canceled orders will be issued in‑store credit only.

Warranty Policy

Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

We cannot accept used or assembled merchandise unless the assembly was purchased through our services.

We will service or repair qualifying manufacturing defects for up to 6 months from the delivery or pickup date.

Accidental damage is not covered.

An extended warranty of up to 3 years is available for an additional cost (in‑store only).
